Sony Ericsson Now Comes Live With Walkman



Sony Ericsson Live With Walkman may carry the once prestigious walkman tag but the phone is fairly basic with aiming at providing an all round performance not just the music experience. Live With Walkman is very budget friendly and its offers quite reasonable hardware with slick looks as well.

Sony Ericsson Live With Walkman has a curvy body and a glossy finish with being just 14 mm in overall thickness, the phone looks sturdy and compact. On the top of Sony Ericsson Live With Walkman is the 3.5 mm audio jack, walkman button and power/lock button, while on the left side there are two buttons comprising of volume/rocker button and dedicated camera button.

Sony Ericsson Live With Walkman is powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, which will be bumped to the Ice Cream Sandwich OS later as confirmed by Sony Ericsson. A primary snapper of 5 megapixels is included on the back of Live With Walkman with LED flash and autofocus capable of recording 720p HD video, there is also a front facing secondary camera present for video calling.

HTC Explorer is the new handset announced by HTC. Explorer is a mid budget Android smartphone sitting below to Wildfire S. First time HTC is exploring the smartphone in budget as a HTC Explorer.

In terms of styling it is little bit identical to HTC Sensation. As a size it is smaller than HTC Sensation & it measures 3.2-inch screen of 320 x 480 pixels resolution. The phone is available black & blue but by changing back covers make it purple, orange or white.
HTC aimed on those who are looking for an entry level specifications in a smartphone. It enables you to do web browsing or checking emails & updates on Facebook. The device runs on the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. Because of its an Android smartphone you can doenload or access lots of apps from the Android market. On the top HTC has added its latest Sense 3.5.

Nokia Lumia 710 - Affordable WP Gadget



Nokia Lumia 710 is a smartphone having windows phone OS & designed in an affordable range. The handset is not getting attention like its big brother Nokia Lumia 800 but it’s also a smartphone with a same dimension.

It measures 3.7-inch large display of 480×800 pixels resolution. The phone is coming in Black & white color but for different color you can change its back plates. Its rounded curve on corner gives classy look like 800. On the back it has 5 megapixel camera including autofocus, LED flash & geo-tagging features. The camera is not rocking compare to other smartphones but can be considered good as a budget phone. It is capable to record HD video at 720p but no front facing camera is available.

As it’s mentioned above that device runs on the Microsoft's Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) operating system. Windows Phone improves its interface & makes it more elegant & colorful. Motorola Razr: Very Slim Yet Tough And Powerful




Motorola Razr has a very slim frame with a hunch on the back where the camera is placed. Motorola says that the smartphone is only 7.1 mm thick. The Razr is not only a compact and light phone weighing just 127 grams, but is also very tough with Gorilla glass touchscreen, Kevlar fibre panel and also has splash protection too.

The smartphone has a massive display of 4.3 inch Super AMOLED with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. The display resolution is very close to that of iPhone 4S. The screen looks very bright, crisp and vibrant. Razr on paper looks very appealing and set to prove its mettle.

Razr looks very fast with a 1.2 GHz dual core TI OMAP 4460 processor associated with 1GB of RAM. The dual core processor keeps the smartphone ticking by optimising its performance. The Motorola Razr comes running on the Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. The smartphone is expected to get the necessary bump to the very latest Android OS Ice Cream Sandwich in the beginning of 2012.



Razr carries an 8.1 MP primary camera with LED flash, which bulges out from its back. The primary camera is capable of capturing 1080p HD video, this feature is on par with iPhone 4S. There is also a 2 MP secondary camera for video calling in front. The Razr’s 1800 mAh battery provides with 12.5 hours of talk time and 8.9 hours of video playback.


Motorola has packed in number of apps for user benefit. An app known as Smart Actions which helps you save some of your Razr’s battery by letting you set features that would stop battery drainage. Motocast helps you get all the images and videos stored on another PC to your smartphone.

Motorola RAZR : Slimmest phone yet


Motorola has announced iconic piece of tech & expecting blower’s success from Motorola RAZR. It is new Android smartphone with improved designs, hardware & processing power. The handset measures 98 x 53 x 13.9 mm as a dimension & it is light weighted device having only 127g weight.

In terms of design the handset slicker or slimmer measuring 4.3-inch super AMOLED Plus display of 176 x 220 pixels resolution. Its camera is also rocking having 8 megapixel on the front including all the standard features. For video calls there is rear mounted camera having 1.3 megapixel. It is also capable to shoot HD video at 1080p.

The RAZR is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core processor & backed up by 1GB of RAM. It means it is going to be a very fast phone. As above mentioned it runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. Due to Android you can access more than thousands apps from Android market.

In terms of Battery life it delivers 10hrs over talktime after a single charge. Motorola reckons is a tool through which you can get up to 30 percent extra battery. In terms of connectivity it supports Wi-Fi, EDGE, GPRS, and HSDPA but no NFC tech.

Undoubtedly the Motorola RAZR is an impressive device embedded with powerful features. The handset is expected to launch in UK in early November.

HTC Sensation XL embedded with Beats audio technology



After Sensation XE, HTC Sensation Xl is a next smartphone of HTC that is sporting Beats by Dr. Dre audio technology. Beats audio tech makes it unique among other smartphones. It measures 4.7 inch display screen of 800 x 480 pixels resolution.

HTC Sensation XL also has typical look & feel of HTC phones.  It will fit easily into your palm at 9.9mm thick. The handset is slightly hefty with 162.5g weight & 132.5 x 70.7 x 9.9mm dimension. It operates on the latest Google’s OS - Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. On the top there is HTC 3.5 Sense is used to enhance its interface.

In terms of multimedia it has 8 megapixel rear mounted camera along with dual LED flash feature. There is also front facing camera having 1.3 megapixel for video chat. Video recording capabilities is also supported at 720p. It is powered by 1.5GHz single-core processor. It includes 786MB of RAM & 16GB onboard memory to store loads of music. It is disappointing that there is no microSD card slot to extend memory.

HTC Sensation XL is coming in two versions : Black & white with a white set of Beats headphone. Till now there is no confirm date about its releasing in UK but expected to come in early November. Previously it is revealed as a HTC Runnymede but now its new name is HTC Sensation XL.
