SAMSUNG THREE NEW SMARTPHONES: SAMSUNG GALAXY S, GALAXY S2 AND GALAXY S3


Samsung is the big daddy in today’s mobile industry. They have come up with their three Galaxy smartphones i.e. Samsung Galaxy S, Galaxy S2 and Galaxy S3. All three phones are an Android based handset. I am here to compare all three of the phones and help you people find out the best for your pocket. Here are the specifications on these handsets:



Samsung Galaxy S:
Samsung Galaxy S runs on Android 2.1 operating system and powered by 1 GHz Hummingbird processor. It features a 4.0-inch WVGA Super AMOLED screen with density of 480*800 pixels. It is equipped with a 5 MP camera and has the capabilities to record high-definition video at the resolution of 1280*720 pixels at the rate of 30fps. The camera also includes advanced features such as self shot, action shoot, smile shoot and camera shoot. On the connectivity side, you will get Bluetooth, USB, WiFi 802.11 and GPS. Samsung Galaxy S includes sensors such as multi-touch zoom, light sensor, accelerometer sensor, proximity sensor and digital compass. It offers 16 GB on-board memory which can be expandable up to 32 GB.



Samsung Galaxy S2:
Samsung Galaxy S2 runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system with 1.2 GHz dual-core processor. It sports a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of around 800*480 pixels. On the camera front, Galaxy S2 embed 8 MP camera and able to shoot HD videos at 720*1080 pixels resolution at the rate of 30fps. The camera also includes various advanced options such as smile shot, beauty, action and panorama scene modes. Samsung Galaxy S2 also comes with standard connectivity options such as Bluetooth, WiFi, USB and DLNA for streaming videos wirelessly. 



Samsung Galaxy S3:
Samsung Galaxy S3 is the successor of Samsung Galaxy S2 and it would launch in the first half of 2012. There are rumors that it might be powered with dual-core processor with Tegra 2 chipset. Samsung has not revealed any information about display size or hardware specifications but it may include standard features such as WiFi, Bluetooth, USB and AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. This Samsung Galaxy S3 will be running on the upcoming Android Ice cream Sandwich operating system and it will be a 4G phone.
                All three of the phones include good software specifications and strong hardware features. All of them have added some advanced features that were not available in their predecessor. Samsung Galaxy S2 is the good choice over Samsung Galaxy S as it comes up with extra features that were not available in Samsung Galaxy S. It is worth buy to your pocket.
